We noticed that for customers using custom eForms, in some selected instances, some records have been duplicated. Only a small portion of all engagement records have been affected and we would to apologize for the inconvenience that some may have experienced.
This issue occurred due to a malfunctioning of one of our sub-vendor’s notifications and we have in the meantime worked with the vendor to resolve the issue. We are taking measures to ensure that this error will not re-occur in the future.
